I see a lot of reviews about these blades not being durable. They are really delicate but I’ve really only broken them by turning the handle in the opposite direction as the arrow on the cutter. I go through hundreds of cuts before I replace them now. Klein makes hands down the best electrical tools.

I bought this as an replacement blade they will cut aluminum with no problems but when I tried tocut cable with a steel jacket it broke the old blade.

Bought the Klein MC cable cutter and after a few uses the blade cracked in half. Could not get a replacement blade at my local Home Depot. Luckily the electrical department guy (Obee) knew this could be purchased online. I ordered 5 blades, have replaced one and already cracked in half again. Frustrating….. Note: When searching for this blade online it looks to be discontinued.
