Great flat head screw driver. We keep it in the kitchen for small, quick projects. I like that it is full size and has a padded rubber grip. It isn’t too heavy for my wife to use. She used it to put together a new IKEA storage unit for the kids’ playroom. She was able to assemble it without stripping out their cheap screws. I really like that it is made in the USA. I would highly recommend this flat head screw driver!

A good well built screw driver. Has a good rubber grip that feels good in the hand. Good traction in the handle as well. Built well in the United States of America. Klein tools have a good reputation and are known to make tools right. 4 inch chrome shank which will not rust. Be careful cause these will cause harm if you hit it against an electrical current.

SUMMARY: A NICE SCREWDRIVER.BACKGROUND: As part of my tool upgrade I decided to get the Klein keystone screwdriver.FIT AND FINISH: A high quality tool I expect from Klein. Solid feel in my hand with the black cushion grip. The full-length square shank is very nice for using with a cheater wrench. I also like the size and orientation graphic on the end of the handle. Much easier to grab the right screwdriver out of the bag. As with any chrome-plated tool I often worry about the plating peeling away from the tool. I haven’t had that problem with any of my Klein tools, but time and abuse will tell.OPERATION: The square shaft allows me to use 3/8”, 10mm, crescent, or slip joint pliers or wrenches as needed. The full-length of the square is nice because I can position a cheater anywhere along the shaft. Some of my other screwdrivers, including an older Klein, only had a cheater point at the top of the shaft.SUMMARY: A nice addition to my toolbox.PROS: Sturdy, Good feel in my hand, square shank, size and orientation graphic on handle end

This is another top quality tool from Klein that features a surface by the handle that you can put a wrench on if you need extra torque. The grip is very sufficient with a rubber handle covering the plastic surrounding the blade. The black finish on the tip of the blade seems to grab the screw heads better than those without a finish. I have many Klein screwdrivers and this is even a little better than the older versions.

This straight screwdriver seems very solid and well built with a very nice feeling on the grip. The advantage of a grip like this is that a person will drop it less often.I showed a few pictures and one of them shows that the tip fits nicely into the screw of an electrical gang plate. When doing electrical work it is very useful to have a screwdriver with a good grip so less slips, especially when you work on outlets and switches with the circuit live.Another advantage of the rubber handle while working around electricity is, if you touch a live circuit with the screwdriver you will be protected by the rubber tip.The black tip is just painted on and will wear off, but it does look nice while the screwdriver is new.I recommend this screwdriver for electrical work or when a medium to small screwdriver is needed.

Quality. Quality. Quality. – Slowly starting to switch out my old generic rusted screwdrivers. Klein Tools are superior in the tool industry. Might be a tad more money but totally worth the investment. The handle grip is ergonomic and fits in your hand nicely. The quality of the metal shaft is top-notch. The flat head on this screw driver looks to anti rust. Only time will tell, and I will comment back. Don’t second guess this – buy it.

You rule Klein Tools! The quality of the screwdriver is amazing. I especially love the grip. All to many times you’re working the grip of the screwdriver is shotty so you aren’t able to finish the job without gloves or some type of wrap around the handle. With this Heavy Duty screwdriver you don’t have to worry about any of that. The keystone tip is a nice addition as well. However, with any screwdriver, the more you use it the more it will wear. Just keep that in mind.

The nicest sturdiest screwdriver I had used; especially liked the cushioned grip that would prevent slipping and possibly damaging your work or hurting yourself. The shaft is harden steel that would not break or get bent under excessive pressure. Professional grade quality that you will proudly display on your workbench. As a DIYer, I accumulated many tools over many years of various quality and sometimes, s specialty tool may be used once, but justified since I was able to do it myself and saved money to boot. It pays to buy quality tools that won’t let you down.

If you like heavy duty well made tools then shop no further. With a solid made square shaft to its’ easy to grip handle this screw driver is made for lots of hard work. The square shaft is handy as you can put a small wrench on it for added leverage. The stout tip will handle those rough jobs. But to me the best part is how well the grip fits in my hand, which makes it easier to use.

This screwdriver has a very comfortable grip. The elastomeric grip is textured to make it very easy to grip and hold to generate comfortably the torque needed while also pushing firmly into the slot of a screw. The elastomeric grip has good feel in that it compresses very slightly but does not feel squishy or like it will twist under load. The shank is firmly molded into the handle.

The 1/4 in. Keystone-Tip Flat Head Screwdriver with 4 in. Round Shank-Cushion Grip Handle is a great tool and is well made. The tool is very solid and the metal seems to be of a hardened variety, there is no flex when you try to apply pressure on it. The design is well thought out and the handle comfortable to use. As an added bonus, the tools is made in the USA.

It is very hard to find very high quality large screw drivers. The opportunity to use this quality of a product in my shop is a privilege. I do not mind spending money on quality tools and equipment I use in my shop. The cheaper the tool the sooner I will need to replace it. My father-in-law (recently deceased) willed me his tools and they where the high quality tools of his day. I can still use all of his tools because he bought quality tools – he was an engineer.

I beat my screwdrivers to a pulp. Okay, I know that is not how they are supposed to be used. But, give an electrician a great screwdriver and a pair of linemen’s pliers and there is going to be some pounding going on. I have used this design screwdriver for over 40 years. It is bulletproof. Because of the hex-bolstered collar, even the hardest pounding will not allow the shank to sink into the handle, making it perfect for tightening and loosening (read: pounding on and off) electrical fitting locknuts. But, after you do that, the hardened tip is still able to function as a screwdriver. And, if the cushioned grip doesn’t provide enough leverage for you to remove that pesky screw, the hex bolster is designed for you to apply a wrench for additional leverage. My tool pouch only has room for Klein screwdrivers!
