These nut drivers have a nice rubber grip on the handle and are easy to hold and to twist, the hollow shaft is almost the full length of the nut driver, they are hollow clear up inside the handle. Which means the screw or bolt threads can stick out of the nut almost 3 inches. The nut drivers themselves are about 3 1/2 inches long, and the handle is about 2 inches long and the rubber part of the handle is about 1 inch long and about 1 1/4 inches in diameter. They are also well magnetized and they hold screws and nuts very well. They also have nice clear size markings on the end which is nice as I store my nut drivers in a drilled out block of wood, it would have been nice to have markings on the side for when they are stored in a tool box. These are nicely designed and well thought out tool.

2- piece stubby Magnetic Tip Nut Driver setwith cushion grip handles. Klein makes excellent hand tools for electricians and anyone else who needs them. This set of 2 includes 1/4” and 5/16” nut drivers. Both are magnetic which can be very handy whenreaching into tight areas. Nobody likes it when the screw falls off. The magnetic tip and comfortable handles make these a dream to use. More high quality from Klein and I highly recommend

No matter where you live you will be pleased if you add these two stubby nut drivers to your tool arsenal. The magnetic tips are invaluable when you are dealing with small (1/4″ and 5/16″) size nuts – especially in those odd locations that always seem to pop up. Hard rubber grips are easy to hold on to them. The entire shaft into the handle is drilled out to accommodate longer bolts/screws. Very handle little drivers!

Great little nut drivers. Good for getting into tight spaces. Also, having a magnetic core, they’re great for starting screws in those same tight spaces.

If you’ve used Klein tools then you know what to expect from these drivers – a very solid tool built to last. The thing that stands out about this is what gives other Klein hand tools their thumbprint – the very well made handles. After all, other than using good steel that will hold up it is all in the handle. I love the handles on Klein tools with the solid materials and very comfortable rubber grips. The grips are nice and easy on the hands. That’s good since you’ll be using these in tight spaces due to the nature of the tool. I have a little arthritis in my hands these days so I really appreciate little things like that. This is a good little set with 2 common sizes. The recesses to allow small bolts to extend into the shaft is a nice little touch as is the magnetic tip. I figure these are tools that will long outlast me and won’t wear out my hands while I’m using them. It’s good to see this country and still crank out a few well made products instead of having everything built in China.

These are great additions to my tool box. Being 1/4″ and 5/16″ they are the most utilized sizes. In the past I have had to use a small 1/4″ ratchet set when I needed to access small screws in limited space. These solve that problem. They are hollow shafted so screwing nuts on long bolts are not a problem. They are magnetic, something I have never had in a nut driver, for holding a screw in tight quarters while getting it started or removing it. The only negative to the magnetic feature is it picks up metal shavings in the shop and can interfere wit the fit. I am just careful about where I put it and use tweezers to clean it if necessary. This is one of those tools I didn’t know I needed until I saw it and used it. It’s a great addition.

Stubby Handle Nut Driver Set. 2 sizes, 1/4 and 5/16 in. These are measured as you measure a nut across the flats. Not measured as the size of the threaded rod that goes into the nut. Tips are magnetic thus securely holds the nut. The shaft of the driver is hollow and will take a 2 3/4″ threaded rod from the tip of the driver. Units are color coded and are marked for size on the end of each driver. The handle is short and comfortable to the hand. Can be used where space is tight. Packaging can be used for storage (opens and shuts). The driver size on package should be larger so you can read them without a magnifying glass. Overall nice units.

MAGNETIC TIP; GREAT SIZE; GREAT TORQUE — The Klein 2-Piece Stubby Magnetic Tip Nut Driver Set- Cushion Grip Handles are outstanding nut drivers. The small size makes them ideal for working in tight spaces. Many stubby nut and screwdrivers don’t allow much torque because of the short handle but these with the rubber cushion grip allow considerable torque. My favorite feature is the magnetic tip which makes them perfect for when you are working anywhere when you are not driving the nut or screw straight down. With other nut drivers, I would often drop the hex head screw and waste time retrieving it. The top of each driver indicates its size and to go one step further they are color coded so all you need is a quick glance to determine if it is 5/16 or 1/4. They are made in the USA.

Never reach for the wrong size again. This two piece nut driver set is clearly imprinted with the size and each is color coordinated, red is 1/4 and yellow is 5/16’s…nice chrome finish and quality. The magnetic tip works great, it will hold screws in place without fear of dropping to the floor or difficult to reach places. The usual high quality I’ve learned to expect from Klein tools.

Exactly as described, professional quality. Well worth the small extra amount for the magnetic tip, especially in tight spaces that require the us of the stubbys.

Any tool from Klein is generally a quality tool. Klein’s design on the Stubby Magnetic tipped nut drivers has shown to be a functional (and quality) tool that any DIY would need in their tool box. The short shaft serves a couple purposes, it’s easier to reach into smaller places, but it also makes it easier to keep your fingers close to the part you are attaching so that it is stable when starting. Also, on reaching around an object, the short shaft gives you better control to locate or to tighten the nut. While it may not replace my normal nut drivers, it certainly has its place for special projects.
