I was intrigued by the idea of this Triple Taps tool. If you have ever threaded a screw hole with the multiple piece tap set, you soon realize it is not easy. This Triple Taps is as easy to use as a screwdriver. We had lost a small screw out of my wife’s favorite metal vanity mirror. I could not find another screw small enough for the existing hole, but did find one significantly larger. I used the the tip of the Triple Taps (6-32) to make the screw hole larger, but it still did not fit. I continued to use the second part of the Triple Taps (8-32) and continued threading. Success. The new screw worked perfectly and my wife was pleased. You can also purchase more taps for this tool for different tap sizes.
