This is a solid hex nut driver and comes in a length that is perfect for reaching in between parts to get at your hex nut. The grip is thick and very solid. The magnetic connect is great for keeping the screws in place while you are moving the nut driver to the desired location. The locking attachment is smooth to ensure that you connection stays locked! The is a good buy!

This driver covered the two most standard sizes. Making it very practical. Perfect for spaces that power tools do not fit or for power tools that cannot be run on slow. No Stripping the thread. I recently had to replace a skylight which of course had both sizes of metal hex nuts. Just need one tool for a change. Very pleased. Change over from size to the next is easy. Klein makes quality tools and i expect this to last a long time.

This is the best tool I have for doing AC type work the head allows you to only have this tool to remove the two main sizes of hex nuts on an AC unit and other hex headed appliances.

Great little driver. This is really a handy little driver since you have both sizes right there on the tool. If you need to switch from one to the other you simple slide the little metal slider at the end of the driver in or out and off you go. With it extended you can unscrew the little retainer ring to lock the slider in place and then you simply reverse the whole thing to retract it for the small size. As would be expected, it has that nice rubber handle to insulate the tool. I really like it and its functionality and also the fact that I dont have to carry both tools around.

I have several Klein products and I couldn’t be happier with their quality. This tool is no exception. I know that Klein is mainly electrical tools but the ones I have I use quite often and I am not an electrician. I am a painter. The reason I got this tool is I often have to remove blinds to paint. The are always held on with 1/4 or 5/16 inch screws. It’s not always easy to carry around my cordless, I just put this in my pocket and I’m read to go. Great tool.. Probably be even greater if I were an electrician.

Really what’s not to like to have a 5/16 and 1/4 inch nut driver that is magnetic is a great thing specially if you do heating and cooling because most every panel is held on by a 5/16 or quarter inch so it makes it easy to carry just one nice quality works good nice trip like the way it feels in my head so far no issues Webb used it about three or four times now I really like it

Klein Tools Does It Again! 2 of the Most Common Sizes In ONE!I was going to go ahead & get the whole Klein Hex Nut Driver Set but just couldn’t bring myself to do it for 3 or 4 nut drivers I use the most. The Unique Head handles both 1/4 in. and 5/16 in. driver sizes With a twist of the head it will lock the desired nut driver for use. EASY to SWITCH between TWO COMMON HEX NUT SIZES — What makes the Klein Tools 2-in-1 6 in. Hex Head Slide Driver Nut Driver so special is that you can switch between 1/4″ and 5/16″ just by twisting the thumb nut on the shank. I have an earlier Klein tool which has nut drivers for these two sizes but with it, it is necessary to remove the shank, turn it 180 degrees, and then reinsert it. This new tool makes the switch slightly easier and faster. These two hex nut sizes have been the most common ones I have encountered. I like the magnetic tip so I don’t have to worry about dropping the screw that I want to install. I have a little concern about the longevity of the thumb nut switch mechanism but the tool has a Klein lifetime warranty. Also, Klein tools are of the highest quality. This tool was made in Taiwan.

Another simple yet effective tool from Klein. The nut driver has two settings, 1/4″ and the ever popular 5/16″ There are many similar type of slide adjustable drivers on the market but Klein has done it one better by adding a simple threaded sleeve behind the slide. This ensures that whatever setting you have chosen will remain locked in place while you are using it. The driver’s slide does have a positive snap position that would hold the setting for light use. The grip and metal fit & finish is the high quality you can expect from Klein tools.
