I done commercial electric for 20 years and having the best tools is important because the jobs are all about meeting dead lines. I decided to try one of these screw drivers out and I have never regretted one moment. It’s great for those little projects that the screws just need to be hand tightened, you can change the tip from a flathead to a Phillips in a fraction of the time a drill takes. After losing the first one I kind of bulked at the cost of replacing it, but after going back to a traditional screw driver it didn’t take long for me to suck it up and buy another one.

Does the job I wanted it to do, just wish the tips was magnetized.

Does the job

Love this thing overall. Makes installing outlets and switches faster and eliminates the need for a drill in most cases. Just a couple of criticisms …it takes special bits with a retainer bearing on the side and a tight fitting screw will occasionally pull the bit out. Also wish it had a place to store different bits in the handle.

This is the handiest screwdriver I’ve seen in a while. Quick one handed operation is a breeze. My only complaint is the bits are held in place by a ball bearing. other bits will not stay in place. Haven’t had time to see if they make other bits to use.

Have been using this for 3 years. I am an Electrician. This is my Go-To when working on Plugs and Switches. The Tip is reversible. When the tip wears out, Klien sells a 2 pack of new tips. This is always in my tool bag.

I’ve used these Rapi-Driv screwdrivers for years, but as separate phillips / straight models. I’ve replaced the Phillips one a few times as it gets rounded over time. I’m glad they finally came up with this for 2 reasons. 1) replaceable bit to replace worn-out phillips and 2) straight / phillips flip bit means I don’t have to carry 2 of these anymore.
