The RATCHETING BOX WRENCH SET AND POUCH (5-PIECE) are and OUTSTANDING set of wrenches for both the Do It Yourself folks and for the Professionals. These are top of the line Klein Tools!The ratcheting action on these wrenches is very smooth with no “play or wobble” in their action as you use them. The directional change mechanism is crisp and definite. The design makes it easy to get into places the you can’t get to with a standard ratchet set due to it’s flat design. There is no “Slippage of the cogs” when using them with the quality in construction that sets these apart form the other brands The “Pouch” follows the wrenches in quality construction and design and it holds the individual wrenches secure and rolls up for carry very neatly for storage or transport. I would not hesitate to recommend these to any homeowner or professional looking for this type of Ratcheting Box Wench Set!

Klein Tools Ratcheting Box Wrench Set and Pouch (5-Piece) is a quality set. These are five wrenches, ten different sizes from 1/4-inch up to 3/4-inch. They are chromed and heavy duty all in a plastic and cloth material roll-up case to keep them together. It contains the most common sizes needed and will handle most tasks in the included range of sizes. The wrenches are flipped to change direction, no toggles used and the wrenches are straight ends. I personally prefer offset wrenches that have a slight angle to curve the body to better get into tight spots, but these will do the job, too. The forgings are clean, sharp, machined and all are 12-point contact. Its recommend to keep them clean and oiled, the pouch helps in that regard. It would be a sin to abuse this set. What I like is that its a compact set, wrenches have most useful sizes, they are lighter and take less space than my other roll-up set in the toolbox.

I have a full set of sockets and open & closed end combo wrenches, but I always wanted a set of these ratcheting style box wrenches. If you have done any electrical work you probably are especially familiar with the name “Klein tools”, but now a days they make most of the hand tools you could ever want. Since 1857 they have made Quality American hand tools and yes still “Made In America” and manufactured to last a lifetime. These wrenches are awesome. As you can see from my photos they look as good as they perform. Smooth ratcheting action for those tight spots when you don’t want to keep lifting off the nut and trying to re locate on the nut for the next turn. I love the way once you are positioned on the nut you just keep tightening until it’s locked down tight. Great for those spots when you can’t see what your doing and you finally feel you have the wrench on the nut and don’t want to change the position or lose your grip! No slipping no bruised or skinned knuckles just smooth fast action and then just flip the wrench over to reverse! These are my favorite “go to” wrenches now. Solid weight with heavy chrome plating to protect from rust and a Klein lifetime warranty.

I love anything that ratchets. Conventional wrench sets are notoriously difficult to use – they slip of the nut and have to be aligned each time they are removed to reset them. It usually takes longer to realign them than the whole rest of the job. Ratcheting wrench sets avoid this time consuming and awkward process, so that you can finish in maybe 1/4 of the time.

This ratcheting box wrench set is not only very functionable and well designed. They are also made in America. The sizes are 1/4 in., 5/8 in., 3/8 in., 7/16 in., 1/2 in., 9/16., 5/8 in., 11/16 in. and 3/4 in. The design is simple. All you have to do to add or remove a bolt or nut, is to simply turn the wrench over. How simple is that! They fit well in your hand, and the ratcheting design allows you to use them in close spaces. Well designed. Ease of use. Highley recomended.
