The tool and bits are excellent. I like the fact it is reversible, not all impact drivers on the market are. There are certainly less expensive ones out there but they really aren’t made very well. the only con would be the plastic pouch. mine was torn when I opened the box. No way this will hold up given the weight of the tool. I would have paid a little more to get a solid plastic carrying case. Not a deal breaker. I appreciate a well made tool over a case.

Better quality tool than my previous. The Chuck that holds the bits is better designed and I expect it to last. It would be nice if it came with a case for storage of tool and the bits.

I got my first chance to use it about a week after receiving it and it worked exactly as I was hoping. Busted loose some screws that had some kind of locking compound on them that I would not have been able to bust loose with the impact driver.I wish I had this when I trashed a screw head on my a valve cover for my son’s quad!

A friend let me barrow a tool similar to this one, minus the quality of craftsmanship. The first application of this tool and the tips busted. I then decided to invest in a quality tool and chose this one. It’s not carried in stores, so I had waited for it to arrive. Worked great for the job I was doing at the time. As opposed to dealing with a level of frustration when poor quality tools fail you in the middle of a job, If you can, make the long term investment in purchasing quality.

Its looks similar to my old 1/2″ Husky impact driver. That I really liked a lot but I had to buy this one. Due to they no longer make the Husky 1/2″ impact driver that was guaranteed 4ever.
