The tool itself appears to be well made. However, the accompanying driver bits are made of soft steel. The flutes on the phillips head bit twisted and became unusable on my first attempt at using the tool. As a result, the tool was useless.

This Impact Screwdriver is very well made, of high-quality materials and workmanship. I used it to loosen some very, very rusted screws on the body panels of a car. It saved me a lot of time and effort, and saved some screws I thought were permanently rusted shut. My only complaints are: there is a lock ring around the lower section which makes it uncomfortable to hold (wear gloves) and it is not immediately obvious how to reverse the direction. (I figured out, you place it in the screw, push down and turn in the direction of the arrows printed on the handle).
