Quality hammer that feels great in the hand. This 32 OZ. linesman hammer is the perfect tool for either actual line work where a hefty hammer is needed for driving in lag bolts, or it can be used for everyday needs in the automotive shop or even household use. The hammer face is smooth on both sides and strikes well with enough force for most hammering needs. Highly Recommend!

There are minor differences between engineer’s hammers, linesman’s hammers, drilling hammers, and mini-sledge hammers. Mostly handle length and weight, but it pretty much comes down to personal preference, and one of these will do the job of all. Great for driving in stakes if you are a surveyor or are setting concrete forms, light demolition work, setting lags, and a multitude of other jobs. What all of these tasks have in common is the need for a hammer that had a good grip, a shock-absorbing handle, good balance and weight, and a head that is firmly fastened to the handle. Like all Klein products, this hammer has all of these features, is well designed and manufactured and should last forever.

This is a well-balanced hammer, with a handle long enough to get some leverage, but not too long, so it’s easy to use. The handle has a comfortable handle that offers a lot of grip. The fiberglass handle gives you more confidence as you swing, over that of a wooden handle. The head of the hammer faces are smooth on both sides and are made of high carbon steel. The head is the perfect working size to do most jobs, it’s not so big that it’s difficult to get in tight places, but it’s plenty big enough to drive what’s needed. It’s the perfect size and weight. You can see that this one is made with high quality materials. It’s good to see that Klein has kept their high standards in tool manufacturing.

This is one of Klein’s professional tools designed for Linemen. I am not a Lineman but a Home Mechanic. It is a quality made hammer with nicely ground surface faces on a hardened cast head. The fiberglass handle and rubber grip absorb impact well. The main feature that I like about this hammer is the nice balance and weight to it. So far it has become one of my favorite “Get it Done” tools. Much better than most economy mini sledge hammers for mechanical work.

Kline Tools deliver some of the best electrical construction tools on the market today. This Klein Tools 32 ounce lineman’s hammer is no different. It’s a well made, high-quality product that should last years on the job. It’s insulated fiberglass shaft is durable and protective from shock while working on live wiring. Its rubber grip is comfortable, and absorbs the vibrations of impact to help reduce hand and wrist fatigue. The mallet head will provide that extra punch that you need on overhead line work.

I really love this new hammer I’ve added to my tool collection. This solved the in-between problem I ran into occasionally where ball pean, claw, and mallets were not quite right for the job. This hammer is exceptionally well made of high quality materials, and you can feel it the moment you pick it up. It has that just right feel tools should have when they are in your hands. I was raised with the belief that you can never have too many tools, and they should always be the best you can get. This hammer is all of that and more.

It’s a good size and weight hammer. Hammer is a steel head and fiberglass handle with rubber grip. It has a smaller head compared to similar types but, has a longer handle so it “hits” as hard as larger head hammer without the extra weight. Another good thing about this hammer is that it is made in America, It has the quality one would expect from Kline.

I absolutely love this Lineman’s 32 oz. double-face steel hammer. It is made by Klein tools in Chicago. A company that has been around for over 70 years. It has a very strong heavy duty fiberglass handle, it is made of forged high carbon steel head and is fully heat treated and tempered. I used it in breaking apart an really old shed and it performed amazingly because it is so strong and solid. I highly recommend this hammer for tough jobs needing a strong hammer.

I am glad that I can find the Klein Line of Tools at the Home Depot. While trying to find a multipurpose hammer, up popped this 32 oz Double-Face Steel Lineman’s Hammer. I needed a heavy maul or hammer to pound anchor stakes into my landscape timbers. I also needed a hard to find specialty rehab exercise end weighted apparatus for my wrist and elbow strength and range of motion exercises. It was easy to use this hammer for pounding in the stakes into the landscape timbers. But, finding just the right fitting implement for my rehab was a lucky find. This is a better piece of hardware than wrapping a short thick dowel with an ankle weight. Yes, the advantage that I get two different uses from this hammer was serendipitous indeed. The benefit from these two ways I use this hammer is great. [ see attached video of exercise 2 sets of 10 reps ]If you too think out of the box about how many uses you get out of your tools than the Kline 32 oz Hammer should be an inspiration. I recommend this tool, as it has as many uses as you can think for it to do.

The LINEMAN’S 32 OZ. DOUBLE-FACED STEEL HAMMER is a great addition to any homeowners or Professionals tool box. This Double faced hammer has a 12-1/2 inch Fiberglass handle from the base of the hammer head to the end of the handle that provides a full 7 inches of added grip surface. The head is Forged High Carbon Steel and is 3-3/4 inches long and a full 1-3/4 striking face on each end. This KLEIN TOOL is an excellent hammer. As with all striking tools please remember to wear safety glasses/ goggles when using these tools. I highly recommend this item.eyedaddy
