I’ve been doing Electrical work for 26 years. And I’ve always used Channel Locks to ream my pipe. But I really like these dreamers. But they’re really overpriced. But that’s anything that says Klein.

This product is for metal conduit. It doesn’t work on Schedule 40 PVC conduit.

Positive side it works effortlessly and quickly!Negative side the square tip bit falls out very easily and it becomes a hassle when your moving quickly not to have a second impact for it. I’m constantly switching between my reamer and #2 Phillip tip until I get a small impact to house the reamer.

A great tool to use. I use it with the Dewalt Gyroscopic Screwdriver and it works great. I used it on 1/2 in emt and it worked perfectly fine. Great tool to have on the job site

this tool did what was expected of it. worked great in my Ryobi drill. removed the burrs and sharp edges from the cut conduit.I like that the burr blade is replaceable.there are no Cons that i can come up with. however i am wondering what the square recess bit is for??? all of the conduit connectors (box lugs, splice, 90* and 45*) all have a dual slottedphillips screw head. so I am not quite sure what its purpose is. hmmmm

Excellent tool. Made in the USA in Mansfield, TX. It is so nice to see a company who makes products in the USA. Klein products are not just tools. Klein products that are made in the USA are heirloom quality pieces of craftsmanship.

I’ve been waiting for this tool to become available from Klein my whole career as an electrician. It’s an absolute ‘must have’ if you bend and cut a lot of conduit such as myself. Superb quality and it being made in the USA is a huge plus as well!

Definitely the fastest way to ream and it works great at first, but I’ve only had it for maybe 2 weeks and the 3/4 size blade is already almost completely worn out. Also, the bit is constantly falling out into the pipe during reaming. I can’t tell you how many times my Phillips head apex bit has fallen out of the reamer while reaming and I’ve had to spend 5 minutes looking around searching for it. Hopefully the screwdriver reamer works better and doesn’t wear out so fast.

Reamer did not perform very well but I used a pipe cutter to cut my conduit, the pipe cutter does not remove material just pushes it out of the way so it creates a large burr. I had to use a rotary buring tool to get rid of large burr then use reamer. Should have used a Chop Saw then reamed.
