Excellent tape measure. It’s very heavy duty and I expect it to last a long time!Pros:VERY solid tape to allow for holding when measuring from floor to ceiling. Doesn’t get floppy at all.Big letters / lines and easy to read even when not right on top of it. The measurements are also on both sides of the tape!Holds well when locked in place. Has a “temporary hold” button you can use when you only need to “lock” it for a second, instead of having to lock and then unlock.Spring is strong enough to pull tape back in even when measuring a long distance (i.e. you do not have to feed it by hand till it gets short enough).Cons or Tips:Lock is pretty hard to push down, but might get easier over time. The spring is very strong, so you do have to be careful. These are both issues I’m sure I’ll get used to as I use it more. It’s on the heavy side if you were carrying it around all day.

This tape measure will be mine my wife cant use it she has 1 of her own ,I like this one because easy-to-read bold lines markings,i love the double magnetic hook on the front to get the most accurate reading and i love the tape brake so when you unlock it it does not snap back or cut your hand you can retract it slowly.All my friends need to chack out this tape measure from Klein tools.I think it is well worth it and get me another one.

I’m a electrician and a tape measure is the most essential tool in the bag. I buy tape measures by pulling them out to 3ft locking it and slowly turning it sideways. if it falls its garbage, if it stays up and straight it’s a good tape. this tape measure does that out to 4ft, the best I’ve ever found. However the locking mechanism won’t come unlocked every time and It just got a split at the 2″ mark. I’ve had it for a month now and I’ve had a milwaulkee one previous for 3 years. Great tape but doesnt seem to last long and the lock sucks

This tape measure has several handy features. The numbers are larger than most, making it easy to read. The tip is magnetic and has extensions/hooks going both up and down. Dimensional markings are on both sides of the tape. There are also guides on the tape for pipe bending. There’s a brake on the bottom of the tape enabling control of the recoil.
