Klein 8 in. Side-Cutting high Leverage Side Cutting Pliers have handles that absorb the snap when cutting wire and provide 46% more cutting power. The say stamped on the face that they are not insulated and that is lifesaving information to have, so thanks to them for that. I will say they are incredibly heavy duty side cutter pliers, I would venture to say you could never ever, wear them out. The cutter of course will dull over time, with use, but, these pliers will never ever wear out. For those that keep up…Made in the USA! Klein are superior tools.
