I know this tool is meant for rebar work, and being an electrician clearly I’m not using it for rebar. These nine inch high leverage diagonal cutting pliers are beasts, I’m able to cut through MC cable with the same amount of force as I do with my linesman pliers. This has been very helpful with larger size MC cable that linesman pliers bottom out on before finishing the cut. I still have to take multiple smaller cuts like I would with an eight inch pair, but it saves my wrists a little bit which makes my work day easier.
