As always, Klein delivers the expected performance. I bought these to replace my old, worn-out d*kes. I didn’t believe that the “Journeyman” handles were worth a few extra bucks, until I tried them on the last pair of Kleins that I bought (block-head/lineman)Unless a couple of dollars is an absolute deal-breaker, do yourself a favor and upgrade your grips, especially if you use them all-day, every-day in a pro capacity. Your hands will notice!

Great pair of cutting pliers. Only thing is is that my first pair could cut through anything now the pair I just bought has a hard time. I’m thinking it’s was just a bad pair

I received the Journeyman diagonal cutting pliers to test for Home Depot and am impressed. They are very solid, but light enough to handle easily. They seem to be strong enough to stand up for many years to come. I tested them cutting 14 gauge, 12 gauge, and 10 gauge wires and they worked great. Also cut some nails and there was no problem. These would make a good addition to anyone’s tool box.
