This hex key from Klein Tools has a nice grip that fits comfortably in the hand. I also like that the tool can be used at both ends like a standard allen wrench. Some T-handle tools only have the hex head at the long end which means you can not use it for tight fitting bolts. I have been wanting to get some T-handle tools for a while but could not find a style I liked. I will get a few of these is the more standard sizes.

KLEIN tools This Journeyman 5/16 T handle hex key is a quality tool that has a place in your tool box.The 6 inch hardened steel is laser engraved with 5/16 on the handle. Too grip is comfortable, but a little small, if you have larger hands. Top the Hex Key is well marked with a nice stencil. But you should put a piece of clear tape to keep it from wearing off. The beveled tip will fit in without rounding off. This is not insulated. Protect you hands and eyes when using this tool

Very high quality allen wrench. Klein did it again with this hex wrench, it is extremely high quality with a nice rubber cushion grip for relief from extended use. I have found the hole on the end of the handle to be quite useful. I put a loop of 550 cord on it so that I can loop it around my wrist. That may not seem like a big deal, but when your 15′ up a ladder and you lose grip of a tool, it doesn’t fall to the ground! The stubby side works great for when extra torque is needed while the long end fits in to hard to reach places with ease. Overall I am very pleased with this wrench.

The Kline Journeyman 5/16 IN. T-handle hex key is a great tool to have in your tool box. The handle fits the hand anatomically. Nice grip with sizing stamped both on top of the handle and key itself. Can be use in several applications for electrical or other things around the home or shop. The hex key is heat treated and tempered for superior strength and durability. The key has a precise fit as to not strip out the hex head on bolts. This hex also has a 6 inch length to get into tight spaces to make your job that much simpler. I used mine to assemble my bike trainer at home, does a great job of torquing bolts without stripping the head.

The Klein Tools Journeyman Series 5-16″ T-handle Hex Key (OMSID 203195191) is an anomaly in that it is made in Slovenia and not in the USA. The tool has been manufactured to Klein’s high standards, however. The rubber and plastic handle is easy to grip allowing for some serious torque to be applied. But, it is not insulated if you intend to use it on energized circuits. The short hex key protrudes about 7/8″ from the handle, while the long hex key extends about 6″. I like that the size (5/16) is prominently displayed on the top of the handle. I can see a whole set of these in my future.

This T-handle Hex key is very well made. It feels good in the hands and is useful for hard to reach hex bolts. The hole in the handle is convenient to clip multiple keys together for when you need them. I really like that there is an easy to read key size on the top of the handle so you can easily grab the one you need right away. I just hope that it does not rub off over time since that is right where you put your sweaty palms when in use. Overall I think this tool is well made and will last a long time.

The 5/16 inch T-Handle is a true asset for mechanics. It gets you into tight places and loosens or tightens depending on your circumstances in a jiffy. It’s very sturdy and well made of high strength steel. Made with a rubber grip in tough neo-preme material. Fits well in the 5/16″ sockets and easy to hand turn. Also fits in deep well holes to install or remove deep set screws. Highly recommend.

I have Hex wrenches/keys from several different companies and manufacturers. Klein Tools is clearly above the rest, in my opinion. The handle is solid and beefy and easy to hold. The wrench/key size is indicated in large numbers on the top of the handle. If you want to hang these on a tool board, there’s a hold in the handle for that.I like the feature of a long hex key with a sturdy handle to enable you to easily loosen or tighten the screw. There’s also a shorter hex key with the “blade through handle” design that enables you to apply even more force/torque by using the longer blade for leverage.

Quality craftsmanship shows in this tool. I finally got tired of using those little hex keys and purchased a set of T Handle hex keys made by Klein. I own a number of Klein tools and this one does not disappoint. The grips are well designed to fit your hand and allow you to apply an even and strong amount of force to hex screws or other hex fittings. The shaft is strong and does not flex or bend. If you have ever put together one of those furniture kits that has dozens of hex screws you will appreciate this tool. The black oxide tip fits precisely.so no more stripping out fittings. The sizes are also marked on the handle so you can quickly find the correct size. The handle also has a hole for hanging the tool. Another quality tool from Klein.

Quality solid piece that comes in handy when you need this size hex. Having the short and long side makes it very practical and can be used for multiple uses….of course you need the set if you want to meet all your needs….this is just a one size piece….so you need to know what you want or buy the whole set. Large solid plastic grip is easy to use. Highly recommend these…so much easier to use than a regular allen wrench
