This is really nice practical set of allen wrenches. The size of the wrench is on the handle as well as laser etched on the shaft, so there is no guessing as to whether you have the right size. The T-handle is comfortable and easy to grip, and the shaft length is really great. I checked the size of the wrenches with a micrometer to see how close they measured to the size on the handle and found them to be within 0.001in. All too often in the past my allen wrench not quite long enough, but that is no longer going to be the case as the shaft on these is 9 inches long. I have a stationary disc sander that has a set screw that can only be reached through a notch in the back shield. I have always had problems tightening the set screw and when I checked it with the new allen wrench I found that I could not only reach the set screw, I also found that it wasn’t tight. Now for the first time since I bought the sander, I am sure that the set screw is tight.

These T-handle allen wrenches are as good quality as you can get. The T-Handle is a definite bonus when applying lots of torque, specially when you are using them in a long reach situation where you can’t pull on the long arm of the wrench. These are excellent allen wrenches so my only problem with them is they are missing a “Ball” feature on the end of the long arm. I know in some situations the “Ball” isn’t a good thing to have but most of the time the “Ball” is a blessing.Like when the socket of your bolt is warn or stripped the “Ball” can be a bad thing to deal with but most of the time the “Ball” will save you time and frustration.

Get the 1/2 inch Alen as well to have the complete set. Hole at the end is for the additional Alen wrench. Good reach if you deal with machinery or electrical equipment. Sizes listed on top to make it easier to use and the stand keeps set together. Good quality matches that of Wiha or Wera tools. Very happy with this set.

Built with strength and designed for ease of use. Sizes are printed on the handle tops and engraved on the metal shafts for quick selection. Soft handles provide a better grip than the traditional all-metal L-shaped design. Chamfered ends for easier insertion. Ten inch length provides extended reach or leverage when used as handle. This set includes a stand with mounting holes for organized storage. Sizes range from 3/32 to 3/8 inches. Klein also offers a matching ½ inch size for separate purchase; a mounting hole is provided for it on the storage stand. SAE wrenches are identified by red handles. This set is an excellent choice for the workshop. Choose a more compact design for the tool bag. Made in USA.

Another upgrade from older hex keys from earlier years. Not only are they extremely handy with the extra length, but the T-Handle makes them very easy to maneuver in and around whatever you are working on – like an old garage door opener that decides to come loose once or twice a year. Reach the tightening screw and apply the necessary securing force with ease now. Excellent quality and they will receive a lot of use around my garage.

This 10-piece Standard T-Handle Hex Key Set with Stand is made in America by the Klein Tools Co. It’s exactly what you would think it is…extremely high quality and designed to be easy and comfortable to use.Everyone in the trade knows when you want the top of the line tool…you reach for a Klein. Clearly, a lot of time and research went into the design of these hex keys. They are rigid and feel good in your hand. They are also built to last. All of the pieces fit together flawlessly with no sink anywhere that would indicate voids and meaning a shorter life span. Where the metal shafts go into the plastic handles there are no gaps even when looked at under a magnifying glass…top-notch manufacturing all the way. I put the 3/8 key to the test on a bolt that had corroded over on my boat. It turned it out without any problems. I’m impressed with this set and will be getting the metric set soon.

Klein quality, machining, and design makes us feel like professionals (and help us avoid the need for one!) This set of 10 common-sized T-shaped hex wrenches include: 3/32, 7/64, 1/8, 9/64, 5/32, 3/16, 7/32, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8 inch (non-metric ) and offers the alternative of long reach or ‘stubby’. The long, rust resistant shafts (aka ‘blade’) measure 9 inches and are laser-etched with sizes. And, new one on me, I now know what the definition of ‘chamfer’ is (the ends are finished with this kind of beveling). The grips are comfortable; designed to allow for additional torque to be applied and reduce slippage; and clearly marked (top view). The handy, simple-to-mount and easy-to-read all metal stand guarantees convenience and, again, simplifies selection. There’s even an unassigned hole that could be handy for a larger size- purchased separately. Another excellent offering from Klein!

This set may be pricey but its worth every penny! I love the quality in this set that you would get in the old days but is rear to see these days. The sizes of the hex blades are clearly marked on the top of each of the T-Handles for quick easy access to the correct size. Then Klein went one more step and laser etched the hex size onto each of the blades. You will love this set the handles are comfortable to hold and the blades are nice and long for those hard to reach areas. I have had the same long hex key set for 30 years that used the same handle for each blade and at this point most of the blades are twisted as well as the ends on most are ruined so I am glad to finally replace that old set with this beautifully crafted Klein SAE T-Handle Set.

With this SAE T- Handle set, you are entering into some serious DIY territory here! It is a very well built set. The handles are very comfortable and allow their users for comfortable screwing operations. The long handle allows for maximum torque applied to the fasteners. The set comes with a handy L. stand, which looks a bit flimsy at first, but is actually in metal and can be screwed directly to your workshop and offers maximum visibility on the T-handles. Check out the other models as well, there is a metric version for instance (given how much I like this version, I’ll probably get the metric one as well for bike maintenance.) Anyhow, enjoy!
