The Klein tools 2-in-1 impact socket is a professional, heavy duty tool. This thing weighs about 2lbs and includes a 7/16 hex quick-change adapter. If you are a lineman than this is a great tool for use everyday. It pricey but it’s worth it. It’s high quality and durable. It should last a very long time depending on amount of usage. Highly recommended.

This is best powered using a cordless impact driver because it will be driving square nuts onto bolts on poles. Anything that is a brace or a bracket on a pole usually have square bolts. Also, the body of the socket will let a bolt travel down inside of it while driving the nut tight. Washers are usually shaped out on the edges so when the square nut is driven all the way down, it catches the end pieces of the washer and cannot come loose. Without this, you are maybe using a crescent wrench and doing quarter turns while up a ladder-hard on the hands and a waste of time. This is a consumable meaning with frequent use, you get maybe a year out of it and that is not bad at all. Pros use this. A homeowner or a farmer may infrequently use it. The point is if you are using square nuts and you are driving them down six inch bolts, this is what you want. If you are a pro doing this daily, heck yes you want this nut spinner.

Klein tools, one of the best manufacturers ever. Ever, MADE IN THE USA. I mistakenly ordered this tool, expecting a standard manual impact socket. But upon review this tool will exceed exceptions, by having a deep, pass through. But this tool arrived well packed, and intact. I wisent exactly sure weather this item would work for me as I am not what you would call a “line man” I work at a large church with a large hall that has and uses large nuts and bolts to attach or hang speakers . signs and lights around the hall and in some cases the upper beams. I had been told by some of the power company men that they used the same size bolts. So I tried this impact socket and it sure worked well for me and especially at the upper heights in a lift.

The 3-in-1 Impact Socket is an interesting tool. It is used by Lineman and Utility workers. But we can use it for bigger jobs around the house that require three square socket sizes: 3/4-Inch, 1-Inch and 1-1/8-Inch to do work it also can be used on long bolts of the same size. It also features a 7/16-Inch hex quick-change adapter. It has 13/16-Inch diameter, 6-Inch (152 mm) long. I am using in my house that require the use of releasing large rusted on nuts. it really works nice.

Although made specifically for lineman and utility workers, it comes in handy for when I am working on some types of axles requiring a large size. It comes in 3 sizes, 3/4 inch, 1 inch and 1 1/8 inch. The tool has a long hollow shaft which allows you to reach retaining nuts that are deep seated.

This is a neat little tool. I haven’t had a chance to use it but it appears to be easy to use. I have had it approximately 2 weeks but I haven’t had a need to use it but I believe that eventually I will have a project that I will need it for. I must say, I’m a lineman when it comes to tools. It 3 features 3 square sizes easily converts to a variety of applications. Its heavy and durable. Its cute, I’m a girl what can i say. But I’m a girl with awesome tools, I’m a self fixer with help most of the time. But show me once i got it. The men was asking for my 3 – in – 1 impact socket, i sent them to Home Depot.
