These are excellent German Quality, precision diagonal cutters. They are the perfect size for small electronic projects,. The handles are conductive, making them ESD (Electro-Static Discharge) safe. That means these are my go-to cutters when working on FETS, MOSFETS, and LDMOS components, due to their low voltage sensitivity. Jaws are precision ground, with a tiny bevel on the board side, so they are not quite flush cutters, but cut very low. The handles are quite comfortable. Excellent tool!
