Somewhat disappointed that the sizes were not stamped on the tool like the Knipex information showed (not shown in the Home Depot information). As for use, I removed one bolt so far and it worked great. I expect I’ll use it more later.

It’s called a pliers wrench. It should be called a wonder tool. Tighten lag bolts on deck? No problem. And that’s just the start. It would be a great addition to any tool box.
