It’s a spendy tool that replaces a bunch of wrenches. It takes a little time to get used to, and adjusting to a nut seems take longer than with a wheel-type adjustable wrench. But overall I like it.

I have only used these a few times but they worked like a dream. I was working on plumbing in a tight spot. Being able to slightly open them to get them on quickly and then just a small squeeze to tighten them made the job go much faster. They have that German quality look and feel to them as well. Very well built. Easy to adjust. I will park my other adjustable pliers in my tool box and just use these any time I need flat face pliers. I may get the toothed pliers as well. I already bought the HD wire cutters. Love these tools.

These are the only parallel smooth joint pliers available. They are great for sheet metal work, reskinning auto doors, and are wide enough to grab large nuts with out chewing the surface of the nut up. They are great for aluminum or other soft metal fittings. These are my “go to” pliers.
