Description
With the Cobra, there is no more time-consuming, test-adjusting to achieve the correct opening size. Simply position the upper jaw to the work piece, press the button and close the lower jaw. The uniquely designed jaw will lock in place so you can adjust once and it stays set, perfect for 1-handed applications.
- Includes easy push button with 25 laser-etched positions for fast, comfortable, precise adjustment with 2 in. working capacity
- Narrow head and slim profile design provides superior access to hard to reach places
- Unique teeth self-lock on pipes and nuts, which means you don’t have to squeeze the handles once in place and there is no slipping from the work piece
- Gripping surface with especially hardened teeth for extra wear resistance and hex shaped jaw for ability to grip any shaped object

Was visiting my mom and the inevitable honey-do project came up (leaky bathroom faucet), and my tools were 1000 miles away. Ran over to HD and bought this fantastic set of slip joint pliers. Knipex is a well known brand in Germany, but I have not seen them locally before. I hope HD sells even more of their tools. Well made, well balanced, extremely functional. Worth paying the extra cost and carrying them home!
