I’ve used this once thus far, and from that experience, it’s been great. The wheel is very easy to turn and the entire frame of the punch is very sturdy and solid and yet not very heavy. It punched a hole easily in my leather belt. I do wish for the product to be slightly cheaper but I guess you do get what you pay for and this is a good puncher that I hope would last years!

This product works extremely well, much better than would be expected for the price. I needed to add holes to my leather belts, some of them thick western style. The holes were very neat… looked like they were part of the original belts.Since then, I have used it on plastic. Much easier and equally good results.

I bought this punch plier to put some holes in a thick leather belt and it did a very nice job. Easy to use and the holes have very nice edges. I also like the built quality, this tool is not for one time use only.

I read in one of the reviews that someone placed scrap leather on top of the anvil, then placed the leather belt, and punched a hole right through using two hands for applied pressure until a click is heard. After each hole, the person used a straightened paper clip to free up any debris from the tool’s hole punch. I did just that and it produced a perfect hole each time. Please practice on scrap leather, plastic leather, and other materials so you get the hang of it. I punched a perfect precise professional hole in my Madewell, Free People, and Gucci GG belts. I’m very satisfied with this product and I highly recommend it. It’s really easy to use. Rotate the wheel to your desired size and punch away!
