The KNIPEX Wire Rope Cutter is best for use on Bowden cables and soft wire rope up to 1/8 (3.0 mm) diameter (also V2A). Smooth and clean cutting due to special shape of the cutting edges. Sickle shape cutting edges surround the material and prevent the wire rope fanning out. Little hand force required due to very high transmission ratio. With opening spring and locking lever. Cutting edges additionally induction hardened. Made of high-grade special tool steel forged, oil-hardened.
