Great customer service by B&H photo not a fan of Kodak canvas. ok picture and texture very very delicate canvas. Only placed 5 stars would be awarded is how well it takes varnish

Been buying this canvas for 3-4 years, using about four to six rolls a month. recently in the last month the canvas has changed. The last 10 to 15 rolls have used have a odd odor to them and the graphics chip off little flakes of the image fall off, leaving a white spec in the image. hopefully they fix whatever they changed as I’m tossing dozens of art prints due to this new defect.

We’ve used this canvas for several years and found it to be a good product at a good price. Recently we’ve noticed the canvas has a bad odor and specks of the surface flake off, requiring us to toss out large prints. This has become costly and forced us to look for an alternative. B&H does not respond to our concerns regarding this product.
