The Aquifer shower filter works with your handshower to effectively reduce chlorine and odor in your shower water, helping to maintain the natural moisturizing oils of your hair and body. Install the filter by simply attaching it to an exposed shower valve, handshower hose, wall elbow or a shower arm with diverter. With its simple, elegant design, the Aquifer shower filter finds the delicate balance of keeping the good while reducing harsh chemicals in water to help leave your skin healthy.

So I got this Aquifer Shower Filter, never tried a shower filter before. I mean hey we filter our water we drink so why not our showers. Took my shower and man can I tell the difference immediately. Usually my skin feels super tight and dry from a shower, due to the hard water we have. This time my skin was soft and great feeling. This Aquifer Shower Filter is a definite on my Christmas list. I didn’t think my water was terrible, but this filter makes a huge difference. It did not noticeably change the water pressure at all either. Soap foams up so much easier and rinses off better. My skin doesn’t feel tight or irritated. The biggest surprise for me is how soft and shiny it makes my hair. I literally can’t stop touching it! I totally recommend this product.This was also super easy to install. If you can unscrew your hand shower, you can install this. It is solid feeling and well made and looks nice. The filter inside is supposed to last for 6 months before needing a replacement.

This filtration system is a great addition to my home. It was easy to attach to our shower hose, and everyone in the house has noticed the difference in it reducing the water odor in the shower. I would recommend to elongate the filter outlet, most of shower connections are longer so water will leak without putting multiple extra o-rings or give an instruction to consumers with an extra o-ring.My daughters eczema showed significant improvement, not completely gone though. I am considering to buying another one for myself to tryout.

My parents have well water with a lot of sulfer in it. It seems no matter what we have used to help, there is still that odor when you shower and you just do not seem clean. I am very happy to say that this filter was not only pretty easy to install, but it really helped with the odor from the water in the shower. You do have to buy replacement filters from time to time for the base, but they are available online and at a few brick stores.

This is quite easy to install if you have the correct plumbing in place…and it’s pretty! We have well water so we often have an odor to our water despite having a whole house water softener, this seemed to help with the odor.
