This is a very nice cutting board. It is solidly made with a very smooth surface and absolutely no cracks where food could get stuck. The bottom is recessed on each end making it easy to pick up or place on a working surface. Unlike my flat cutting boards, this one is thick and high enough from the table top that there is room to maneuver a knife. More than happy to have added this one to my kitchen tool collection.

This is a high quality, thick bamboo cutting board. I don’t have the matching Kohler sink where this board can fit across the sink, but I really like the cutting board itself.When lying flat on a countertop, the beveled edges on each side serve as handholds, making it easy to pick up or move the board. I really like the size of this board–it’s a perfect medium size that I think will be just the right size for our chopping needs and will fit easily on our counter while cooking.We cook a lot and use our cutting boards constantly, so this board will get a heavy workout.

Every home absolutely needs to have a Prolific Bamboo Cutting Board in it’s kitchen. The design of the board is one, that I have never seen before. I really appreciate how it is cut. It adds to the essence of it’s stability, I feel more secure cutting on it. I feel that the extra strength that bamboo offers to the overall solidness of the cutting board is an excellent feature. I love how this cutting board it fits right in my kitchen sink. It frees up my cabinet space which I dearly love because I’m always needing more space. It also can double as a sink shelf which is great. It’s so much easier to prep your food directly in the sink. My best feature of this cutting board is because it’s constructed from bamboo! One can’t go wrong with bamboo. If the board doesn’t fit your kitchen sink you will still love it using it on your kitchen cabinet so you can’t go wrong making this purchase.

I absolutely love this cutting board! Not only is it an attractive addition to my working area in my kitchen, but it is super nice to use. The size is ideal for the countertop and even sits across my sink for additional workspace. This cleans up easily and I was able to purchase butcher block oil to keep it looking nice and sealed well. We ordered this Kohler Prolific Bamboo Cutting Board because we thought it was attractive and we needed a new cutting board. Even though we don’t own the Kohler sink this cutting board was designed to fit, we really like the size and (heavy) weight of this board. We never realized bamboo could be so strong and heavy. The size is perfect for chopping veggies or trimming steaks and it stores easily in the cabinet next to the sink where we use it the most. Our daughter came to visit for Labor Day and loved using our new Kohler cuttng board — so much so that she’s ordering one for herself.

very nice cutting board, almost fits my (non Kholer) sink. This is a cutting board designed to sit over a sink, it’s able to sit on mine, but it’s a wee bit short so with any pressure on it it falls in. The edges at either short end are beveled (see photo) to allow the setting, but aside from that it’s a nice, 3/4″ thick bamboo board. It doesn’t scratch up easily, and it’s very pretty.

This bamboo cutting board is great. In the past, I had used either plastic or wood cutting boards but this is the first time using a bamboo cutting board and very happy with it. The quality is great and it is very easy to clean and care for. Like the instructions suggested, I wiped the board down with mineral oil before using it and that prevents any stains.

Amazing cutting board! I go through these a lot when I used to purchase cheap ones. This one has worked our great. I don’t like the smaller cutting boards since i’m always using larger meats and poultry. The cleaning of the board was quite easy as well. The knife doesn’t leave a hard cut and thats what i like the most. I use one side for fruits, bread, etc. The other side is for meats.
