   Just love my Purefresh toilet seat and use the carbon filters on a regular basis to keep the room smelling fresh. The carbon filter is super easy to remove from the side of the toilet seat and install a new one. I recommend installing a new one at least once every two months, more often depending on use. The carbon filter is to be used along side the scent packet to provide a continuos clean fresh smell. Love it. Works great!

   The Carbon Filter in the Purefresh Toilet Seat keeps the bathroom air fresh after using the toilet. I have been using the Purefresh Toilet Seat for about four months now and have been very pleased with its performance. The carbon filter lasts about six months and effectively cleans the air generated by the small fan in the toilet seat. The carbon filter, along with the scent pack and Purefresh Toilet Seat, works automatically and eliminates the need for expensive bathroom air freshener sprays. Highly recommended

   I received this product in the mail for review, Refill Carbon Filter for Purefresh Toilet Seat Model # K-7774-NA. This product is very easy to install into the Purefresh toilet Seat and will last for up to 6 months depending on use. This is another good product from Kohler and works well with the refill scent packs, which come in three different scents.

   Kohler suggest replacing the carbon filters on PureFresh toilet seats about every six months. That might fluctuate depending on personal usage. The filters are easy to replace. You just pop out the filter and scent holder from the seat, remove the old carbon filter, then drop in the new one. These are real carbon filters so handle them with care to avoid making a mess. These filters work fairly well just don’t expect miracles.

   First replacement for original carbon filter provided with Purefresh Seat. The seat works as advertised to help eliminate odors if you replace the carbon filter about every 6 months and make sure the scent pack still has gel inside.
