We’ve had it installed now for about two months. Normal household use plus we hosted a wedding 2 weeks ago and the catering people were in the kitchen all night. The faucet is still working on the original batteries. I ordered the A/C adapter to have it, just in case. But so far so good with batteries. Love the faucet!!!

Unfortunately I just got my faucet installed a few days ago and ran into the same problem as you. I looked under the sink expecting the hot water supply line valve to be closed. Instead I discovered the hot water supply hose had curled up like a curly fry, effectively crimping the water flow. I’ve not contacted Kohler yet but I’ve discovered that a replacement line has been impossible to find.Best of Luck,

My husband was able to install it easily. So far, we’ve had no problems and our water pressure has even increased, which we needed badly. I wish it came with other accessories like a sink hole plug and an air gap cover but we easily found them online.
