I purchased this faucet in October and it worked well and looked great in my kitchen…. still does look great. However it seems to have a mind of its own. It turns on and off randomly, yet doesn’t turn on when the sensor is triggered or with the handle. Sometimes I have to sit and wait for 20 seconds for it to decide water should be coming out. It worked fine for the 1st 3 months but now it’s just annoying and very frustrating. Not to mention it will turn off immediately once I start washing dishes. I’ll be replacing this one soon

So far so good. The little box for the touchless did not work initially but KOHLER sent us a replacement that also didn’t work. Out of desperation not to have to uninstall the faucet and take back, my husband fiddled with the battery connections and got it to work eventually. Works well, good looking and we installed it ourselves (we are not especially handy).

it is a good Fossett for the price. Still getting used to it. You have to keep the Fossett on the on position in order for the motion to work. Usually when you walk by it will just turn on if it is on the on position. I usually use the motion when I’m in the kitchen cooking and keep it on the on position. Always turn it off at night. Then turn it to off position every night.Hope it helps.

Difficult to get it to come on. If you don’t wave your hand in the exact spot it won’t come on or turn off. Probably just need to get used to it. Had a “touch” faucet before and it was a lot easier to use.

This is a great faucet. No more dealing with the handle. Water still does splash/spray into the counter so still need to dry it but not as much. One thing is when you are done installing. Check that the white knob is turned from manual to automatic. (Not labeled but in instructions).
