This HDMI to DVI Cable from Kopul features one 24K gold-plated, PVC molded male HDMI connector, and one 24K gold-plated, PVC molded male DVI-D connector designed to ensure a pure transfer of your HD video signal. This 15′ cable comes triple shielded with a high density tinned copper braided shield layered over two aluminum shields to offer excellent rejection of cross talk and both EMI and RFI interference in some of the most demanding environments such as television broadcast facilities and high definition post production studios.
This heavy duty 30 AWG cable comes equipped with oxygen-free copper conductors to transmit Full HD signals at great distances with reduced signal loss. Additionally, the durable PVC molded, gold-plated connectors provide high conductivity and corrosion resistance.

Purchased a new Mac with only HDMI and wanted to connect to my Eizo monitor with DVI-I only port. Each time I start the computer I need to disconnect the HDMI connector from the MAC and plug back in to the computer to get the screen to appear on the Eizo. It seems to work OK from there until I shut the Mac down. Then I have to do it all over again when I start the Mac. This cable is not doing the job. I’ll have to keep looking for a cable that will do the job.
