Got this for my husband since we are now having our photography club meetings via Zoom and he needed a microphone. This was easy to install – plug & play except the microphone didn’t work at first. It wasn’t the headset’s fault; there’s a pesky little privacy setting in Windows 10 that disables the microphone unless you go in and manually change it. After some searching online and finding useless posts, I finally found an article about the privacy settings. Once I changed the setting, the headset worked as intended and had great sound both for him hearing the meeting and the rest of us hearing him.

Very good for low-priced headset. Decent sound, ear cushions, cord, usb plug. You can’t lose. NO INSTRUCTIONS. Called Koss, got help with question about batteries, none needed.

Initially I thought the output from the microphone was too low, but found that it had to be re-positioned close to the lips to work properly. When it is first unboxed the shipping position of the mic is too far away.
