I have had the old version of this for about10 years. The new adjustable stop and the eched thickness markings, that align with the hole in the stop collar, make it foolproof. Can not beat it for the price. Don’t forget a clamp to hold it in place while you drill.

Good product. The only improvement I can suggest is to stabilize the two joining pieces preventing them from moving. One jointing piece tent to move up when the screw is being driven in. I used the clamps it helps but not too precise. Just my 2 cents.

Simple to use, everything works perfectly . Don’t buy the elaborate double jig when this works better. Tried 2 other Jigs and returned both . This one works on 1 1/2 inch butcherblock countertop with 2 1/2 inch Pocket screws sold by Kreg. The best and simplest out there!
