Easy to install & adjust. The hole I cut for the router plate wasn’t quite perfect in the corners so 2 of the screws going thru top plate didn’t quite line up with leveler holes. I removed install screws from those 2 levelers & used top screws as a guide for leveler bracket locations. Worked fine

I bought two of these and have one installed. My router tables are all hand made. The tops are 3/4″ melamine with a rabbet jointed routed to hold the thick plexi-glass I mounted the routers in. A few years ago I purchased a large piece of plexi-glass to redo the router table tops so I could easily pull the router out the top. This is fine except a small amount of adjustment was needed to level the tops. The Kreg insert plates allowed me to have adjustment in each corner to level the plate. I had to change the mounting of these mounting plates by countersinking holes for the three screws on each corner. All completed it works fine.. I am glade to find this product, that I luckily ran across, and works fine.
