I returned this item. I was disappointed with features compared to older unit it replaced. Although it was well made, it had several unexceptable design flaws. The ceiling projector could not be left on when the display backlight was turned off and the unit would periodically beep while charing an iPhone (both of these are not acceptable at night). Also, the inside temperature display was not the primary display and it would be better if toggling of the temp/time projection image would change slower and fade from one to the other. (not very soothing to notice it changing so quickly and abruptly while trying to go to sleeep).

Works as advertised, but the projection feature is a bit awkward.

The projection is perfect and it helps to see the outside temp as well as the time. I did have to get help setting it up but that is due to age not clock. 😉

Basically a decent product, but not ideal – it has the 24-hour clock function (important to me) and the outside temperature (ditto) but when using the USB charge function to recharge my phone overnight it turns off that function every hour on the hour when trying to re-sync with the atomic clock, which causes the phone to light up momentarily, and then again a couple of minutes later. The phone also beeps when the power is restored. This often wakes my wife up (she is a light sleeper) and in the morning I hear about it!

I really like that you can have the diplay lit so you can always see it. The clock does everything I need it to do.

Works well. Just wish you could turn the projector lamp off during the day. It stays lit all the time.

I gave it to my girlfriend so I haven’t become intimately familiar with it. However I did like the four position, as in rotation, display on the ceiling. The ceiling display is the prime reason I bought it. Peeking at the ceiling in the middle of the night hardly disrupts your sleep when you have that moment of concern as to what time it is. I have another that cost 50% more from a mail order company

Works as advertised, but the projection feature is a bit awkward.

Takes a while to get the time to set which doesn’t allow the projection to work until it’s updating. The time on the ceiling is about six to eight inches I would like to have seen a little bigger I purchased two of these for my 80-year-old parents however they do love them.

It was a replacement for our old one. Awesome!
