Used them for a wedding, and they worked great. Once they’re in a votive holder, the flickering light does look like real candlelight. FYI, it’s not clear in the product description, but they do come with the batteries. I bought extra batteries just in case, but didn’t need them.

I purchased these to use in spots where I can’t use a regular candle. They work great, even have a soft flicker effect which makes them look more realistic. They looked great in a couple carved pumpkins that I have. I wasn’t sure how long they would last, so far they are about three weeks with approximately 4 hours of use each day. They would be great to use around pets and young children.
