Perfect deli cuts of your favorite boneless meats are always within reach thanks to this heavy-duty commercial grade slicer. Finely honed blade rarely needs to be sharpened, even with frequent use. Sharpener is included for when it comes time for sharpening. To adjust thickness, just turn the graduated knob. This slicer will slice as thin as 1 mm or as thick as 10 mm (0.4 in.) and any thickness in-between. Auto shut off feature for added safety. Replacement belt and replacement blade sharpening stone included. Note: Not suitable for slicing frozen foods or non-food items. ETL Certified.

This meat slicer works flawlessly. It is very quiet and has plenty of power. I have used it to cut roasts and hams. Commercial is a loose term these days and this is an excellent home. The slicer is commercial style not truly commercial. Commercial slicers are over a $1000 so this is by far the closest you will get to that without breaking the bank. Clean up is not although I’m not breaking this slicer out for a couple slices of meat either. It cuts meat very thin or thick with ease. The warranty is 5 years and I think it will last. I really like that you can slice the meat down to a sliver without any waste. Comes with an extra belt and sharpener.

I got this unit home, cleaned it as recommended, Sliced up some Roast Sirloin Tip for making jerky. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. The motor is quiet, all the moving parts move smoothly, makes consistent cuts, and very sharp blade. It’s just a tad difficult to clean, but not really that bad compared to the excellent job it does for you. All the stainless steel parts clean up real easy and the tight spots just take a little practice to get into for cleaning. In fact, if you have room on your counter top, it’s so awesome looking, it could be left out as a sort of decoration when not in use. I’d highly recommend the LEM Commercial Meat Slicer, to anyone.
