A 30-hour digital timer with convenient auto shut off means you can set it and forget it. Food grade shatter proof ABS plastic trays are square allowing for 360° rotation and uniform drying. Rigid aluminum reinforced corners surround a dense ABS plastic housing for a sturdy build. A removable drip tray catches grease making cleanup easier.

Product is a counter top size with trays that slide out easily. Air is able to circulate throughout easily. If you are going to dehydrate small items such as blueberries, the holes on the trays are large enough that the berries will fall through so I used parchment paper. That worked well.
