Nice size for the price. Large racks that will dehydrate 6 pounds of steak jerky at once. My only complaints are the plastic construction and the doors. They are not hinged and feel like they will break when taking them on and off.

Yes I have been using it ever since I got it I love it. Recommend this to anybody not have been recommending it I had another friend to purchase it matter fact. The same day I purchased mine and I told everybody else about it so hopefully others will take my advice and purchase it. This is a great dehydrator for the money. I really like the range of temperature settings so that I can dry some foods at lower temperatures to retain nutrition but I can also increase the temperature higher for beef jerky.

I was very impressed when I received this, and a little daunted, I wasn’t expecting something quite so large. I haven’t had a chance to use this yet because I’m still trying to decide what to try first – dried fruit or beef jerky. I want to maximize it’s usage – and with 10 trays that’s a lot! Looking forward to experimenting. I read the instructions and didn’t realize I could reconstitute dried fruit, so that’s another experiment I look forward to trying. The unit is very well-made and easy to assemble and disassemble, which I’m sure will make it easy to keep clean. Just can’t wait to get started!
