Excellent product! I’ve only used with vegetables and I’m super excited. With 10 trays I can do a bunch of different produce at the same time. I just wish the machine would be less noisy.

Use this at least once a week. Making jerky or spices. Big step up for me. Trays are easy to clean. I love the timer. Only con I got is the doors. Pretty weird design. Snap on plastic doors. But, no issues yet. 3 months later.

So far I have made two batches of venison jerky and they have both turned out excellent. It seems like it would hold about 10 pounds of meat depending on the thickness (I’ve done 4lbs and 6lbs leaving 3-5 trays out) . I love the size and the timer. It does not get to the temperature it claims (151 deg was the max I could reach) but it is more than sufficient for jerky.

I’ve only dried fruit and veggies but it’s working great so far. Trays are easy to insert and remove. Trays are easy to clean as well. Looking forward to jerking some beef sson.
