This grinder was made the old fashion way with real metal parts. It zipped through the roasts and ground the hamburger meat very quickly. 10 pounds was cut ground packed, vacuumed sealed , dated and placed in the freezer in approximately 10 minutes. My nephew also used it to grind up deer meat and zipped through that also. It was easy to clean. I would highly recommend this item. Home depot shipped it quickly and at the time had the best price.
