This semi-automatic slicer delivers the performance you expect in commercial grade equipment. The powerful induction motor and reliable belt drive create plenty of torque for the toughest meats, cheeses and breads. The large capacity tilted food carriage glides effortlessly across the stainless steel blade for deli quality cuts 1 mm to 10 mm thick. The handy auto shut off function turns off the unit when not in use and a built in sharpener keeps the blade sharp so you don’t have to.

Ordering for this LEM meat slicer was easy and it arrived on time and in good condition. We assembled it to make sure all the parts were there and ran it, but we have tried slicing any meat yet. It was bought for using at a community wide event to slice turkeys for a Thanksgiving meal for those in need. We will be slicing 34 turkeys and looking forward to using it.

I bought this meat slicer after a high involvement decision evaluation of many similar products for price and utility. I was willing to spend a little more to get stainless/aluminum surfaces, better safety features, a higher quality motor, and stronger construction. The LEM meat slicer I purchased meets and exceeds each and every criterion. The blade is difficult to remove for cleaning, though this is in part because of safety construction and commercial durability. The carriage is smooth and easily holds large pieces of meat for cutting. The grips and safety shield give me a good feeling of safety as honestly these things scare me with the potential for injury. We have had the product about a month and are very satisfied. Overall the product meets my expectations which were very high.
