This large capacity Big Bite Motorized Stuffer is powerful, fast and perfect for one person. Durable stainless steel construction for easy cleaning. Fully adjustable speed and automatic stop makes operation a snap. The variable speed control lowers and raises the piston with variable speed that you control from slow to fast, letting you stuff at your own pace, plus the included electric foot switch allows you to stuff your sausage hands free. Food grade plastic piston with air valve for reduced pressure. Freestanding removable cylinder stands for easy filling. Comes with 4 stainless steel tubes (1 in., 1 1/4 in., 1/2 in., 5/8 in. ), foot pedal and handle for manual operation. motor is exclusive to this stuffer only.

The motor worked well when stuffing summer sausage. It did hold pressure in the cylinder so you would have to stop early and often have meat coming out when you switched casings. The motor would not push the sausage through the smallest horn for snack sticks so we used the hand crank. Pain.

It works well. A little concerned about the gearing popping once while stuffing hot dogs. It kept working and never did it again. So far so good since I’ve only used it once. Seems to leave a little too much product in the bottom of the tube.
