The tenderizer made tender meat but when washed in dishwasher the tips of the blades rusted. I certainly don’t want to use a rusty product on my food.

Product does a pretty good job, my only issue is how to clean it after use and making sure it’s dry so it doesn’t rust. Otherwise I am pleased with this product.

I have used it 4 times to tenderize venison before making jerky. Works good. I hint, stack about 3 slices if or half to inch of meat, then use itt. Works better this way. Clean and dry thoroughly.
