Perfect for home use. This slicer has a plastic food tray with a stainless-steel top and rides smoothly and easily on the wheel and metal rod. The blade is surrounded and not exposed, has a food pusher and is very quiet. The stainless-steel blade spins at 90-110 RPM. This 150-Watts slicer cuts cheese very well and can also cut chilled meat with a cutting thickness of 0-20 mm.
