This hand grinder is a Number 32 and bolts down. The hopper has a 4 3/8 in. x 5 1/4 in. opening. Grinder comes with 3/8 in. and 3/16 in. plates and a knife. LEM replacement knives will not fit this grinder.
- Includes 2 carbon steel grinding plates: 3/8 in. and 3/16 in.,1 carbon steel grinding knife and metal roller bearings
- Grinds 5 – 6 pounds per minutes
- Cast aluminum bolt down hand grinder
- Hopper opening is 4-3/8 in. x 5-1/4 in.

Wood handle was drilled crooked and would not spin when grinding, had to remove and redrill. As far as grinding meat worked great and cleaned up easily, would have given it five stars.

Be sure to fully inspect your grinder for burrs before first use, comes from the factory with some sharp edges. I also noticed that it has a hard time grinding meat that contains too much fatty tissue but overall I would recommend to others; great little meat grinder for the price.
