This technology has been used in commercial processing but we are bringing it to the home processing world. The double edge grinding knife and 2-grinding plates will produce the consistency of a 2-grind process in one pass through the grinding head. This grinder attachment with the 1.5hp lem grinder is amazing.be sure the meat is cut up before you start grinding or you won’t keep up with it.

Bought this add on the help speed up the process. I do pork trim, beef trim and venison through this attachment and it works great. Did approx. 600 lbs total with out any problems. I have the LEM #22 that i attached it to. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because I wish the hopper was bigger.Clean up was easy and it was nice to not have to stop to change out plates every time. Worth every penny.
