this thing checks all the boxes, and is an invaluable addition to my travel bag, for someone who is used to a dual-monitor setup at my desk. Brightness/quality is good enough to match standard T-series screens (300-nit versions), or middle/top-quality screens from other brands. If you have one of those 400/500-nit 4k screens on your laptop, it will be hard to match that, so this is probably your best bet unless you want to spend a small fortune. Very slim, love that it comes with a felt sleeve to keep it safe. The integrated flip stand is awesome in use, but creates a potential issue when stowed in your bag – be sure to place this in your bag so that this screen and the screen of your laptop are adjacent. if you place the stand side against your laptop, then if the bag gets compressed, it could put stress across the middle of the screen. Doesn’t need a design change, it’s just you have to be careful to avoid damage.

This product works great and is exactly as advertised. The sleeve that is included isn’t very good quality however, but that is minor to me. In the future it would be nice if they would make this same design, but include more ports so that it could also function as a docking station.

The only down side to this is the unique, product specific cord meaning you can’t use any standard USB C. However, it is a perfect monitor that I use for both travel and in my office. I’ve recommended others get the same model. It is great.
