This unit is great for someone who wants the ability to have a light weight on the go monitor. I was really amazed by how thin and light the unit is, nice job Lenovo. The cost of the unit is also very reasonably priced for what you are getting. The only negative I would request for future design reviews would be how the unit connects to laptop, when the USB C comes out of the side to the laptop the bend radius of the cables because a nescience. Besides that everything about this product is 5 stars.

Solid product and definitely would recommend. I would suggest making sure it works for your specific laptop/pc though. I ended up returning because it wasn’t compatible with mine. Totally on me for not checking.

The monitor works well my laptop! It comes with a usb-c cable so the cable connects the monitor to your laptop/system. Just remember you need this cable and it will only work if your laptop accepts a usb -c cable port too. Besides that, the screen of the monitor is impressive!

My home set up consists of a laptop and a larger monitor. When I’d travel, it used to be just my laptop which always seemed to cut into my productivity, and I’d also pack my iPad since it was easier to use during presentations. This portable monitor is a game changer; it’s very light weight and super easy to set up and you can either mirror screens for presentations or set it up as a separate screen so I can regain the productivity of having two screens.

First use was at a conference where I had over 12 meetings, some with no option to connect to a screen. One meeting was at a small breakfast table. I had it folded up flat on top of my Lenovo laptop. When we started discussions, I unfolded the M14 and set it in front of my laptop. Then I opened the laptop so it was back to back with the M14. My client was able to see my screen and where very impressed with my technology prowess! And it is so light that it didn’t add any weight. And so thiin it fit in my regular brief case in the computer slot. Terrific product!!

I think this is a fantastic monitor if you have the available thunderbolt usb c port on your computer. works terrifically and does not require external power, just connects to the laptop you’re using. One thing that I wish was more explicit is that these cannot be daily chained – you cannot go computer – M14 monitor – M14 monitor. If you have two thunderbolt ports on your laptop you can use each one individually connected to the computer.

Great monitor. Perfect size for FHD resolution. Works perfect with my T490 and Intel NUC and draws power from USB-C/DisplayPort/Thunderbolt so no need for another charger. Wish it had speakers built in.
