This monitor is perfect for me. I travel alot and I own a 14 inch lenovo laptop that supports this monitor. I don’t need a second or third power supply for these two monitors. I am able to display my company emails, etc on one screen and then display my customers citrix environment on the other 2 screens, or when necessary I can display my customers citrix environment on all 3 screens. All I needed to do was to open the citrix environment on one screen, leave full screen mode, pull the display to cover more than half of the desired screens, then reselect full screen mode.

This monitor is awesome. The only thing I want to see in the next generation is Retina resolution. I use this with my 13″ MacBook Pro. As a designer, I need higher resolution. The design, footprint and price is awesome. I found the provided Thunderbolt cable a little bulky and ended up getting a slimmer Apple branded cable. This makes much more sense than spending $1000+ on 12.9 iPad Pro to use with the Sidecar feature. I love this monitor. Hope the next version is a 4K version.

Great second monitor for my X1. If you need dual monitors and also need to be mobile, this is perfect. Single cord charging lets me plus the power source into either my laptop of the monitor, all USB C driven.

I’ve used several other portable USB-powered monitors over the years, but this is the nicest one by far. It uses a USB-C DisplayPort alt-mode connection, so no driver installation needed for maximum performance. USB-C Power Distribution pass-thru lets you daisy-chain the display, your power cord and your laptop. The built-in adjustable stand allows for a similar range of display angles as a regular laptop screen, and includes a built-in “foot” that can raise it up to be just about even with the laptop’s built-in display. A couple of things to note – the display itself seems to consume about 30W from your USB-C power supply, so you’ll need something that provides more power than that to use it with your laptop in daisy-chain mode. Make sure to check your laptop’s USB-C ports, because not all of them support DisplayPort Alt mode, and won’t work with this monitor. (Ports labeled as “Thunderbolt” will almost certainly work, but plain USB-C ports seem to be hit-or-miss – check your laptop’s specs.) It would be nice if the USB-C cable that came with the monitor had a right-angle plug on one end to allow for a more convenient arrangement on your desk.
